My name is Natalie and I am the founder and chef behind Bites by Buts!
After studying Nutrition and Foods Studies at Syracuse University, I graduated with a new outlook on how important food is to our bodies and communities. Being born and raised in the Bronx, I am all too familiar with food inequity and the struggle to access, cook, and utilize healthy, delicious foods.
A little over 3 years ago, I turned my tiny Bronx kitchen into the hub for exploring and cultivating healthy meals. Bites by Buts started as a foodie page meant to share my wellness journey and evolve my personal relationship with food. As I began to learn more about intuitive eating and recipe development, it later transformed into the platform you see today!
My goal with Bites by Buts is to transform health and wellness habits into a lifestyle, one meal at a time!
I aspire to influence our community to feel empowered to make healthy choices and reshape the way we approach eating to promote overall well-being!
